Rooms in the attic can be excessively hot without air conditioning, and the absence of proper street-facing windows allows mosquitoes to invade when attempting ventilation. Issues with blocked washbasins and dim lighting hinder comfort, leaving guests struggling with basic amenities.

Our check-in was delayed due to unprepared rooms, and the manager was incredibly rude about it. The facilities felt totally outdated and unkempt, and our room was unbearably hot with mosquitoes everywhere. Considering the price we paid, I expected a much better experience.

During my stay, I loved how the hotel was just a few steps from the stunning Town Hall and a short stroll from the lively Grote Markt, perfect for weekend city strolls. plus, the nearby cafes like Leffe Cafe offered a great spot to recharge after sightseeing.

I had a wonderful stay with a warm welcome from the staff. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was served in a lovely high-ceiling room overlooking the main street, truly delightful!

the theater is in a fantastic spot! just a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and close to the main square filled with great restaurants. my room was large and spotless, and the complimentary water was much appreciated. breakfast had a fantastic variety of food and drinks.
